Love What You Do…

When I chose to follow my heart and embrace a new career as a Hypnotherapist; my world changed. I love what I do and this makes me happy. I still have challenges in my life but the way I react to them is calmer and I feel more in control of my thoughts and emotions.  The first positive step I took towards changing my life was a defining moment and it all began with positive intent.

Doing what you enjoy promotes the’ feel good’ neurotransmitter : serotonin. When this chemical is flowing through your body you feel confident, happy and capable. Positivity promotes more positivity and this will make it easier for you to move towards your life goals.
