Emma's hypnotherapy style has helped me with not only things that I needed but much more. I stopped biting my nails and started feeling much more balanced and positively. All happened gradually across our 6 sessions through Emma's guidance to my subconscious.

Having met Emma for an initial consultation, I booked six sessions of hypnotherapy with her. These were weekly. Emma has been very easy to talk to and has put me at ease during every session. I have gained confidence and new skills at being able to deal with life and daily stresses. Emma is very knowledgeable and supportive of her clients and I would throughly recommend Emma Victoria Hypnotherapy.

I had not visited a hypnotherapist before seeing Emma. I was lucky enough that through my work, Emma offered a taster session. The best decision I made was to continue after that. Emma found techniques that worked for me when years of counselling and self help failed. Emma is professional, knowledgeable, was able to answer my scientific questions and is incredibly friendly. I had a lot of internal anger problems and whilst that hasn't gone away completely, I now have coping mechanisms and calmness that I didn't have beforehand.I can wholeheartedly recommend Emma Victoria Hypnotherapy, you won't be disappointed.

I have found the treatment Emma offers to be incredibly beneficial on many levels.I have suffered with feelings of anxiety and low self confidence and have also been struggling with fertility. Anyone who has been through Ivf will have been told the importance of reducing stress, but will also know that the process itself induces huge stress and anxiety. Emma offers a great solution to this catch 22 by bringing you gently into a relaxed state so that you experience what a relaxed state is supposed to feel like, for me a total revelation! during her sessions she was able to guide me, and enable me, to adopt a more logical frame of mind when experiencing stress in my life, and I finally am feeling some peace of mind. If you've been trying to tell yourself good positive thoughts for years but can't seem to hear yourself, the therapy is like finding the missing cable that connects the conflicting parts of your brain, putting you back in control. The confidence this process has instilled in me has enabled me to feel relaxed and optimistic about my future rather than frightened by it.Thank you so very much Emma.

I decided that I needed to confront some issues I had surrounding my self-confidence. Meeting with Emma completely met my needs. After my 6 sessions I felt so much more positive and able to rationally approach issues which I had approached negatively before. I now keep a daily journal of positives that have happened during the day and, along with listening to Emma’s recorded hypnotherapy session, I now feel much more confident. Thank you Emma

I knew very little about hypnotherapy when I first met Emma, but a couple of family members suggested that it may alleviate my anxiety and stop me focusing on the negative things that were happening in my life. With Emma's calm guidance I was able to focus on the positives once again and within a short space of time I have felt my confidence and happiness grow. It's a very gentle form of therapy and I would thoroughly recommend Emma to anyone struggling with an issue in their lives.

Having initially been sceptical of hypnotherapy, I had my free consultation with Emma and it changed my mind.Its incredible how talking and listening can completely unravel the chaos of the mind. Emma's calming voice and professional manner enabled me to talk about things i've never really discussed before.The tranquil setting of her garden studio helped to make the consultations something I enjoyed and looked forward to and the positivity I felt both during and since have been an great help!Thanks Emma!

Emma is a lovely lady with an inner calm and soothing voice that will help take any anxieties or worries away. I had reservations about seeing a Hypnotherapist but Emma put me at ease and helped me focus on the positives in my life rather than the negatives. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs help with phobias, stress management etc.
