I have found the treatment Emma offers to be incredibly beneficial on many levels.I have suffered with feelings of anxiety and low self confidence and have also been struggling with fertility.... Anyone who has been through Ivf will have been told the importance of reducing stress, but will also know that the process itself induces huge stress and anxiety. Emma offers a great solution to this catch 22 by bringing you gently into a relaxed state so that you experience what a relaxed state is supposed to feel like, for me a total revelation! during her sessions she was able to guide me, and enable me, to adopt a more logical frame of mind when experiencing stress in my life, and I finally am feeling some peace of mind. If you've been trying to tell yourself good positive thoughts for years but can't seem to hear yourself, the therapy is like finding the missing cable that connects the conflicting parts of your brain, putting you back in control.
