Hypnotherapy sessions with Emma
Welcome to Emma Victoria Hypnotherapy. Face to face hypnotherapy sessions are available in my garden therapy room, based in Raunds.
I am located in North Northamptonshire, close to Wellingborough, Higham Ferrers and Rushden.
My practice is also within easy reach of Thrapston, Bedford and Kimbolton.
Working online
Online sessions can easily be arranged through video call. Many people enjoy the convenience of this option, where they can remain in the comfort of their own home.
Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions.
Is hypnotherapy right for you?

Following on from this, you can decide if you would like to book some sessions.
Understanding our brain
Scientists now have a greater understanding of what is happening in our brains and this is always evolving. Neuroscience shows that we all have the potential to rewire our brains and change the way we think.
I draw on this knowledge and understanding to inform what I do as a hypnotherapist.

Hypnotherapy can help reduce stress, which can facilitate positive and more useful ways of thinking.
By managing stress and feeling calmer, it becomes easier to take control of our thoughts and be more confident and able to cope with life.

Training and Qualifications
Studying for diplomas in solution focused hypnotherapy and working as a hypnotherapy practitioner has been enlightening .
I am a registered member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH), and I act in accordance with their code of conduct, performance and ethics.
Continuing professional development is something I undertake regularly and I am fully insured.
My background
After graduating with a Masters degree in English, I went on to study for a PGCE (postgraduate certificate in education) and worked for a while as a teacher.
Whilst living in Washington DC, I completed training and certification in Holistic Therapy.
Following on from this, I became increasingly curious about how the way we think impacts on our overall well-being and so I began my own exploration into hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
