A good place to start can be the language we use.  we could ask ourselves ; ‘am I using helpful words?’ Doing this, can help us become more aware of whether the language we use is helping or hindering us. This could include the words we write and speak or our inner self-talk.

As a result, we can get our heads around the fact that we really can change our thoughts.

Emma Victoria Tranmer  MA (Hons) PGCE HPD DSFH Member of the AfSFH, fully accredited Clinical solution focused hypnotherapist.

I specialise in helping people overcome anxiety and stress related issues. As a consequence of having hypnotherapy myself, I have experienced its amazing benefits. Because of this; working as a hypnotherapist is particularly rewarding, where I can help others do the same. In addition, my love of learning and personal growth means I am always looking at ways to further my own professional development.

Hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of issues. Because of this, I see clients with varied challenges like sports performance, addictions, phobias, disturbed sleep, panic attacks and depression.
